How it works

Usually, your coaching journey starts with you deciding that you had enough of one or all of the following:

  • Your life feels like it is a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle which you are trying to solve with the tv on full blast, someone trying to have a philosophical conversation with you, and about 120 pieces missing because your pet played with it.
  • You. Just. Don’t. Have. The. Energy. For. Anything.
  • You are not sure what your life purpose is. Aside from looking after the pet mentioned earlier, of course.
  • As much as you enjoyed that one party five years ago, you are not having a lot of fun in your life.
  • At times, your [insert body part] hurts so much it feels like it has a vendetta against you. (spoiler alert: this is often the case in some sense)

And now you would like to work with me on that. Great! I will generally ask you to book in for a free 15 to 30-minute discovery call. Here we can discuss your concern and see if we are a good fit, but this is not an obligation. After the discovery call, you can book yourself in online for a one-off hourly coaching session or purchase a package which can also be used to book yourself in. Ideally we meet on the same day and hour every week, but I am flexible. You can see my available coaching hours on the booking page here. If it looks like I have weird time slots available, that’s because I work internationally. I try to accommodate my clients as well as I can.

Once your first session is booked in, you will receive an email with the link to our coaching agreement to fill out online. In this form you can specify what services you choose in case you purchased a package, and it also gives you a summary of the terms and conditions. You can find the complete terms and conditions text here. Please make sure to submit the form at least 24 hours before your session because I can’t start the session without.

If this is the first session of a package, you will also need to complete the health and wellness assessment, you can find the link in the same email. Please submit also this form at least 24 hours before your session. I promise I am not being a pain in the ass for no reason, it’s because I need time to look at the results and prepare for our session. I just want to give you the best experience I can. Cheesy, but true!

After I receive the forms we both can go fully prepared into your session and start building this new and improved life of yours. Welcome!
