Welcome to the world of tomorrow!
Life & health coaching¹ for professional nerds² with suspected or diagnosed ADHD³
1. Getting your SHEET (Structure, Health, Environment, Emotions & Thoughts) together by working with a coach.
Why? Well, maybe...
- You could power the Matrix with the energy you spend on overthinking
- You have reached overwhelm level 10: everything on this planet annoys you
- Your body has been giving you signs that it is in desperate need of a factory reset
- You wish you had a manual for building meaningful connections in your 30ies & 40ies
- And you would rather feel happy, in control, strong and connected instead 💪
How? By setting up goals, finding strategies to reach them, and creating a weekly plan of action tailored to your wants, needs and strengths. You drive the sessions, I'm just here to ask annoying insightful questions, connect the dots and suggest solutions you haven't thought about yet. Oh, and help you reprogram your brain while we're at it.
2. You. Meaning, someone who:
- Uses their analytical skills in their profession
- Likes to create spreadsheets or lists (maybe spread out over 10 post-its)
- And/or… references quotes from Doctor Who episodes or the original Star Wars movies, only to realize not everyone is that cultured 😉
3. As in: you have (suspected) ADHD or are struggling with ADHD-like characteristics such as procrastination or concentration problems.

About me
Howdy! I'm Maggie, a 38-year old, late-diagnosed ADHDer who did some serious job and country hopping before settling down as a life and health coach. I specialize in working around health, confidence, stress management, work-life balance and career/life purpose. My coaching style is non-judgemental (been there), warm (I am your biggest supporter), realistic (I won't ask you to hop to the Himalayas for 'extra pure' salt), practical (science nerd) and casual (I like swearing). Don't let my jokes fool you though: I am result-oriented and not afraid to connect some dots you might not like to see connected.
