So you’re done with stress (who isn’t?) and want to feel in control, happy and healthy? This workshop combines life coaching, yoga and meditation tools to help you create a stress-resistant life. As a bonus, it gives you the opportunity to connect from the comfort of your own home with people internationally. We might even have a laugh or two. Not more than two though.

There are 6 spaces available. Our workshops are kept small to allow for maximum personal development and discussion opportunities. It also gives us the chance to tailor the workshop to your preferences. We don’t do a cookie-cutter approach here, just cookies (on this website).

Make sure to book in by April 17th. Once you have booked yourself in, you’ll receive emails with the online meeting link and an online form where you can select your preference in terms of outcome and themes covered during the workshop. Hello, I’m Sara.

From stressed-out-corporate-woman to grateful yogini, I’ve embraced yoga as my healing modality.

I love to make the yogic ‘technology’ accessible to all, to make life on this earth, in this body, right now – a little bit easier.
