(00:00:48): Today we will practice a few minutes of mindfowl breathing. (00:00:53): Let's begin by taking a moment to allow your body to settle into a comfortable position. (00:01:01): That could mean you are sitting, (00:01:03): lying down like Dracula, (00:01:05): or are standing on your head with a fan pointed at your genitals. (00:01:09): Whatever makes you feel more comfortable. (00:01:12): Perhaps you want to close your eyes or stare at the dirty laundry as if you had too many mushrooms. (00:01:19): Now, allow your spine to lift, if you know what that means, and your shoulders to soften. (00:01:28): Begin by taking a short breath in and a long breath out. (00:01:41): We're now going to count a few breaths. (00:01:44): So on your next inhale, count silently to yourself. (00:01:49): One fuck you length breath in, one motherfucker length breath out. (00:01:54): Fuck you, motherfucker. (00:02:01): Allow your breath to help you calm your tits. (00:02:05): Think about what is disturbing your tits. (00:02:08): Perhaps you have encountered some asshats in the wild. (00:02:12): Or perhaps you are just sick of your own shit and you'd rather become a burrito. (00:02:18): That's okay.
